7 years agoToronto Raptors center Jonas Valanciunas continued his stellar 2018 against the Blazers on Friday, draining two triples on his way to 18 points on the night. Valanciunas couldn't secure the double-double in this one but came close, pulling down a team-high eight rebounds in the win. He also added two assists and one block while following suit with the rest of the Raptors, committing just one turnover in the contest. JV's play as of late has been night and day in comparison to how he started the season. It certainly looks like he's turned the corner, and owners should keep their fingers crossed that this isn't just a phase.--Matthew Thomas
