FanDuel Daily Fantasy Baseball Lineup Picks (6/26/16): MLB DFS Advice

The Colorado Rockies are playing against the Arizona Diamondbacks in Coors Field again. I am going to avoid this game, along with the rest of the game after 4:00pm EST.

Instead, this article will focus on the early games. It will make for a more interesting read.

Editor's Note: RotoBaller has the best Premium MLB Subscription for only $1.99 per week. We have all the tools to help win your seasonal and daily leagues: Hitter & Pitcher Streamers, Matchup Ratings for every player, Sleeper Surgers for AVG, HR, Ks, PLUS Daily DFS Cheat Sheets, Lineup Picks, Expert Lineups, Stacks and Avoids.

In this article, I will be providing you with my daily fantasy baseball MLB lineup picks for FanDuel on 6/26/16. The DFS lineup picks will range from high-priced to low-priced options and identify options who will out-perform their expectations, including sleepers and value plays on FanDuel.

DFS Lineup Stacks to Target for FanDuel

New York Yankees

The New York Yankees get a great matchup tonight against the Minnesota Twins and Tyler Duffey. Duffey has struggled this entire season, and he will continue to struggle in hitter-friendly New York. The Yankees have a ton of power, which gives them a ton of upside in tournaments tonight.

Cincinnati Reds

The Cincinnati Reds are another team with a ton of power and upside. The San Diego Padres are not going to keep their offense at bay. Luis Perdomo is struggling right now, and the Reds are going to continue to put the pressure on him. Cincinnati is a very hitter-friendly area, so fire up the Reds in both 50/50 contests and tournaments.

New York Mets

The New York Mets recently sent Michael Conforto to the Triple-A, recalling Brandon Nimmo in the process. This could possibly kickstart the offense, as the Mets have been struggling. The Atlanta Braves and Bud Norris should not be able to keep hitters of the bases, but the Mets, due to their recent struggles, should only be used in tournaments tonight.

DFS Starting Pitchers to Consider for FanDuel

Stephen Strasburg

Stephen Strasburg is a great pitching option in both 50/50 contests and tournaments. He is dealing with a back issue, but he recently threw a bullpen session, and it looks like he is ready to go. With well over 110 strikeouts in under 100 innings pitched this season, his upside is obviously there. He has also been very consistent, which is something he lacked last season. Use him in all formats.

Doug Fister

Doug Fister is another great option at the pitcher position tonight, as he should be able to handle the Kansas City Royals' offense rather easily. He has pitched great in four straight games now, and he will look to build on that success tonight. Based on his consistency of recent, feel free to use him in both 50/50 contests and tournaments.

DFS Infielders to Consider for FanDuel

Catcher (C) - Evan Gattis

Evan Gattis gets a great matchup against the Kansas City Royals, and he has huge upside. So far this season, he has 11 home runs, and while his batting average is low, his power is high. He hit a home run four games ago, so he is due for another one soon.

First Base (1B) - Wil Myers

Wil Myers will continue to be the best first base option on the board until he leaves Cincinnati. He is a high-upside power hitter when he is in San Diego, which is the most pitcher-friendly ballpark in the league. Cincinnati is one of the top hitter-friendly ballparks in the league. Use Myers in all formats.

Second Base (2B) - Jonathan Schoop

Jonathan Schoop gets a tough matchup tonight against the Tampa Bay Rays, but his low price tag makes him very enticing in tournaments. He is hitting .375 in his last 10 games with three home runs and eight RBIs.

Shortstop (SS) - Xander Bogaerts

As long as he has a great matchup, use Xander Bogaerts in all formats. He is hitting well over .300 in his last 10 games, and on the season, he is hitting .349 with nine home runs and 50 RBIs. The Boston Red Sox are going to continue to score runs at will.

Third Base (3B) - Jose Ramirez

Jose Ramirez is worth consideration in tournaments. He is hitting almost .300 on the season, but struggling over his last 10 games. However, he has one home run, four RBIs, and one stolen base. With both power and speed, he is a dangerous option, even against Justin Verlander and the Detroit Tigers.

DFS Outfielders to Consider for FanDuel

Carlos Beltran

Carlos Beltran has been hammering the ball so far this season. He currently has 19 home runs, 12 of which have come at home. With upside like that, it would be unwise to avoid him in tournaments, especially against Tyler Duffey and the Minnesota Twins.

Brandon Nimmo

Brandon Nimmo recently got called up to replace Michael Conforto on the major league roster. This was a bold move by the New York Mets, and it is likely that Nimmo jumps into a starting role while he is still hot from Triple-A ball. His low price tag makes him worth using in tournaments.
