Welcome to another wild Wednesday, RotoBallers! Major League Baseball has four afternoon games and 11 games under the lights. With all 30 teams in action, it's a jam-packed day of wall-to-wall baseball, which sets up beautifully for home runs props!
In this article, we'll focus on four home run spots that I think are strong plays from across Major League Baseball's schedule. Today's four picks are value plays with long odds of over +500 each. Three are lefties taking on pitchers who have struggled on that side of the splits, and the fourth is a switch-hitter who punishes lefties like the one he'll face on Wednesday. Make sure to check out the RotoBaller Discord, where you can find input from all our experts, which could include more home run spots as well as some great strikeout picks.
Below, you'll be able to read about my favorite home run props from MLB games on Wednesday, June 3, 2026. The current odds given reflect the best price as of the time of publication, but remember to always shop around at other sportsbooks so you can get the most value on your home run wagers. Odds can vary significantly from one sportsbook to another.
MLB Prop Bets - Today's Home Run Prop Picks (6/3/2026)
Freddie Freeman OVER 0.5 Home Runs (+614 Kalshi)
The Dodgers are in the desert to start the week and have split the first two games of their four-game set with the Snakes. Freddie Freeman has 19 homers in his 63 games at Chase Field in his career after smashing his ninth homer of the season in Tuesday's win.

Freeman has hit five of his nine homers this year in his last 13 games, going 16-for-46 (.348) with a 44.1% hard-hit rate and 11.8% barrel rate over that span. Freeman typically makes plenty of contact and has been consistent this season with a .201 IOS and .365 wOBA.
He has a favorable matchup on Wednesday night against Zac Gallen, who has served up 10 dingers in his 12 starts. In his last five starts, he has given up eight homers and 21 runs in just 27 innings, with a 43.2% hard-hit rate and 12.5% barrel rate against him.
Since both are veterans in the NL West, it makes sense that they have a fairly extensive history against each other. In their past meetings, Freeman has gone 7-for-29 with a pair of doubles and a pair of home runs against Gallen. The veteran lefty will look to stay hot on Wednesday, while continuing Gallen's current slide.
Jarren Duran OVER 0.5 Home Runs (+525 HardRock Bet)
Another lefty with good pop in the middle of a power surge is Red Sox OF Jarren Duran. Duran had just one homer and was hitting .170 at the end of April, but he smashed nine homers in May while hitting .261 with a .287 ISO, .376 wOBA, and .548 SLG.

In his 28 games since the calendar turned to May, Duran has a 40% hard-hit rate, 13.8% barrel rate, and an average exit velocity of 91 miles per hour. Nine of his 10 homers this season have come against right-handed pitchers, even though his batting average is actually higher against lefties.
Duran and the Red Sox will host the Orioles on Wednesday night at Fenway Park in hitter-friendly conditions of warm temps and the wind blowing out over the Green Monster. It should be a good matchup for Duran against veteran righty Chris Bassitt.
Bassitt has allowed five homers in his 53 1/3 innings this year, and four of those have come in his 21 1/3 innings on the road. Lefties like Duran have hit all five of those long balls with a .198 ISO and .399 wOBA against Bassitt on the season.
Coming off a much better May, Duran is a great value at over +500 this Wednesday night.
