Edgar Chairez won his second fight in a row by beating Felipe Bunes via split decision on the main card of UFC Mexico City on Saturday. It was an extremely close fights but Chairez managed to snatch the victory from the jaws of defeat in the final round. Not only did Chaierz survive early adversity, but he also adapted and imposed his will in the third round, but Bunes managed to survive. In 15 minutes of action, Chairez landed 66 significant strikes. With the win, Chairez improved to 13-6 with one NC as a pro and is now 3-2 with one NC in the UFC.--Alen Kurbasic
