Detroit Pistons guard Caris LeVert (illness) has been ruled out ahead of Sunday's game against the Sacramento Kings. LeVert will miss his third straight game after being listed as doubtful on the injury report. His next chance to play will be Tuesday versus the Denver Nuggets. The absence of LeVert should mean increased roles for Jaden Ivey and Marcus Sasser. Neither guard has great upside right now, but Ivey is the better streaming option between the two with LeVert out.--Andy Webb
