New England Patriots wide receiver Kayshon Boutte (concussion) shed his non-contact jersey at practice on Thursday and appears to have cleared the league's concussion protocol, according to Mark Daniels of Mass Live. Boutte missed the blowout win over the New York Jets in Week 17, but as long as he gains clearance from an independent neurologist, the 23-year-old appears to be on track to play on Sunday against the division-rival Miami Dolphins in the Week 18 regular-season finale. In his last game in the Week 16 win over the Baltimore Ravens, Boutte had one catch on three targets for 16 yards, and he's had back-to-back games with just one catch. Boutte has been outside the top 50 wideouts this year in half-PPR points per game, making him a volatile flex option for fantasy lineups this weekend if he makes his return, even in a plus matchup against Miami. UPDATE: Boutte practiced in full on Thursday.--Keith Hernandez
