Fantasy Football Waiver Wire Outlooks
Below are some fantasy football waiver wire outlooks written by our NFL team here at RotoBaller, bringing you their fantasy football analysis and advice on which players to consider adding off waivers in Week 18:
Chris Godwin Jr., WR, Tampa Bay Buccaneers
It should be noted that over half his yardage came on a 59-yard play in the fourth quarter. He figures to continue being heavily involved in the passing game next week. Godwin has seen five or more targets in five straight games. The Bucs will need to be at their best with the division title on the line against the Carolina Panthers in Week 18.
Parker Washington, WR, Jacksonville Jaguars
While the Jaguars have multiple capable offensive weapons worthy of touches, Washington has proven the ability to play a significant role in his team's offense. He's now logged four games with at least 10 targets and five games with at least 70 receiving yards in 2025. Washington profiles as a flex option with upside for fantasy managers heading into his Week 18 matchup against the Tennessee Titans.
Malik Davis, RB, Dallas Cowboys
He is starting to see an increased workload as the season comes to an end for the eliminated-from-the-playoffs Cowboys. With a strong Week 18 matchup looming against the New York Giants in Week 18, Davis is a must-add off the waivers for those fantasy managers still competing for a championship. If Williams were to sit out, Davis would immediately become a plug-and-play RB2.
Luther Burden III, WR, Chicago Bears
Rome Odunze has been ruled out once again, and Burden has been a force with him out, averaging over 75 receiving yards in games Odunze is out. He also faces a 49ers secondary that has struggled against the pass this season. Their injuries have played a significant role, and with three cornerbacks ruled out this week, look for Burden and the Bears to unleash on this secondary. Burden is a high-upside WR3 in Week 17.
Audric Estime, RB, New Orleans Saints
In Week 17, Estime's 15 touches were triple the combined total of fellow Saints rushers Evan Hull and Taysom Hill (five). Across 19 career NFL games, Estime has now recorded 445 rushing yards and three touchdowns on 101 carries. He could be a viable starting running back option for fantasy managers in Week 18 when New Orleans takes on the Atlanta Falcons.
Michael Mayer, TE, Las Vegas Raiders
Entering Week 18, Mayer will be in the low-end TE1 conversation against the Kansas City Chiefs, who also have had their fair share of injuries. The biggest question to monitor with Mayer would be whether Geno Smith (ankle) or Kenny Pickett will be throwing him passes. Regardless, Mayer should dominate target share, and because of that, find himself as a valuable fantasy asset in most 12-team or larger leagues.
Devin Singletary, RB, New York Giants
For the season overall, Singletary has recorded 562 yards from scrimmage and four touchdowns on 128 touches across 16 games. He maintains deep-league flex appeal heading into the Giants' Week 18 matchup against the Dallas Cowboys.
