Fantasy Football Matchup Outlooks
Below are some fantasy football outlooks written by our NFL team here at RotoBaller, bringing you their fantasy football analysis and advice on which players to consider starting in Week 15:
Breece Hall, RB, New York Jets
New York Jets running back Breece Hall has a difficult matchup on tap for Week 15, when his team squares off with the hosting Jacksonville Jaguars. Hall was initially at risk of missing this weekend's contest after he began the week tagged with a DNP due to a knee injury.
Fortunately, he'd elevate his practice status each of the following days, and carries no designation into Sunday's outing. Despite the minor issue, the Iowa State alum is trending toward being the focal point of New York's attack with rookie signal-caller Brady Cook under center. While Hall's volume should be significant, he'll slide down the fantasy rankings this week.
Aside from a lower ceiling with Cook at the helm, he'll have to deal with a league-best Jacksonville rush defense (82.9 yards per game), further hindering his fantasy potential. Hall's volume should be nice, but he'll be a fringey RB2, and, officially, RotoBaller's PPR RB20 for Week 15.
Devin Singletary, RB, New York Giants
New York Giants running back Devin Singletary is coming off his best game of the season before the bye against the New England Patriots, handling 12 carries for 68 yards and a touchdown while adding three receptions (three targets) for 34 yards.
The veteran took advantage of Tyrone Tracy Jr. leaving the game early with a hip injury, but Tracy heads into Sunday's game against the Washington Commanders without an injury designation. The 28-year-old Singletary should maintain solid usage, as he's recorded at least 10 touches in every game since rookie Cam Skattebo (ankle) suffered a season-ending injury in Week 8.
Singletary has compiled 58 carries for 222 yards and three touchdowns while adding nine receptions (nine targets) for 98 yards, ranking as the RB26 with 12.4 PPR points per game since Skattebo's injury. He profiles as a viable flex option in the Week 15 divisional matchup against the Washington Commanders.
Tyrone Tracy Jr., RB, New York Giants
New York Giants running back Tyrone Tracy Jr. (hip) won't carry an injury designation into the Week 15 matchup against the Washington Commanders. Tracy was forced to exit early during the Week 13 loss to the New England Patriots with a hip contusion. The 26-year-old is ready to go after a week off during the team's bye.
Tracy figures to handle the bulk of the carries in the backfield, while Devin Singletary gets mixed in as well. The second-year back has rushed for over 60 yards in three of his last four games. During that span, Tracy has also finished with 50 receiving yards or more in two of those games.
The Commanders' defense ranks 27th in points allowed to running backs this season. With a full workload, Tracy should be able to offer RB2 value in 12-team formats in Week 15.
Seattle Seahawks running back Kenneth Walker III is a risky start in Week 15 against the Indianapolis Colts. No matter the matchup this season, Walker has been very unpredictable for fantasy purposes. He is hovering around 50-55% of the snaps while splitting time with fellow running back Zach Charbonnet. Despite a low snap count and relatively low volume, Walker has been relatively efficient as a runner, especially over the second half of the season.
Additionally, his involvement as a receiver has helped boost him into a flex player with upside. However, Walker cedes just about every touchdown opportunity to Charbonnet. Walker has scored just one touchdown since Week 3 of this season. His lack of touchdown opportunities has resulted in low-end fantasy performances. The Colts are No. 14 against opposing running backs in fantasy.
They are also allowing just 3.87 yards per carry to running backs. Walker may be able to buck that trend this week, but he needs to find the end zone to provide any sort of upside. He is a possible flex player this week, but you could very well end up with another 3.8-point dud as we got from Walker in Week 14 against the Falcons.
Chuba Hubbard, RB, Carolina Panthers
After starting the season as his team's RB1, Carolina Panthers running back Chuba Hubbard lost his job in the middle of the 2025 season to the emergent Rico Dowdle. Across a four-game stretch from Week 9 through Week 12, Hubbard failed to earn more than seven touches in any game.
However, in Carolina's final game before its Week 14 bye, Hubbard went off for 124 scrimmage yards and a touchdown on 19 touches against the Los Angeles Rams. While Dowdle still earned more touches against Los Angeles (20), Hubbard out-gained him by nearly 50 yards. Coming out of its bye, Carolina may continue to lessen the workload discrepancy between its two main backs.
Even in a reduced role, Hubbard has still been productive this season, recording 627 scrimmage yards and four touchdowns across 11 games. Hubbard has flex appeal in Week 15 against the New Orleans Saints and could continue trending upwards over the final stretch of the season.
