Eagles Won't Change Offensive Play-Calling Duties in Week 14
After evaluating things over the weekend, Philadelphia Eagles head coach Nick Sirianni said on Monday that offensive coordinator Kevin Patullo will continue to call the plays, according to Jeff McLane of the Philadelphia Inquirer. Patullo has come under the microscope in his first season calling plays for the Eagles after former OC Kellen Moore took the head-coaching job with the New Orleans Saints. Philly had another disappointing offensive performance in the 24-15 loss to the Chicago Bears last Friday, and they have had 20-plus points in a game just once in the last four contests. If things don't turn around quickly, it seems likely that Patullo will be relieved of his play-calling duties before the end of the year. The Eagles head into a Week 14 game on the road in Los Angeles against the Chargers next Monday night.
