Week 12 Kicker Rankings Outlooks
Jake Elliott, Philadelphia Eagles
Philadelphia Eagles kicker Jake Elliott had his most field goals made in a game so far this season last week against the Lions, nailing three of three and adding on an extra point for a perfect game. His longest make came from 49 yards out, so his performance didn't translate to a ton of fantasy points, but it was certainly nothing to scoff at (especially when compared to his previous point totals).
This week, Elliott will kick against the Cowboys, who allow the second-most points per game (29.3) to opposing offenses in the league and give up the second-most fantasy points to kickers. For managers who stream kickers, Elliott is a solid option in Week 12, but don't be surprised if he gets back to his usual ways and has an underwhelming showing.
Jason Myers, Seattle Seahawks
Seattle Seahawks kicker Jason Myers will look to continue his massive 2025 campaign in Week 12 against the Tennessee Titans. Myers is attached to an offense that is putting up massive point totals every week. That should not change in Week 12 against a porous Titans defense. The Seahawks should be in scoring position all day.
Whether it is for extra points or field goals, Myers will be on the field consistently. He has been relatively accurate this season, converting 21 of 26 field goals. Most notably, Myers is hitting from deep with 11 of his makes coming from beyond 40 yards. Those types of kicks are massive boosts in fantasy. Expect more short kicks in Week 12, but a lot of them. Myers is a top-ranked kicker this week.
Jake Bates, Detroit Lions
Detroit Lions kicker Jake Bates had an underwhelming game in Week 11, making just one field goal and missing his lone extra-point try in his team's 16-9 loss to the Philadelphia Eagles. On paper, Bates has a much lighter matchup in Week 12, when the Lions host the New York Giants inside the domed Ford Field.
In his career to this point, Bates is averaging 8.5 points per game at home, compared to 7.4 per game on the road. The Giants have also been one of the easiest teams for opposing offenses to light up the scoreboard against so far this season. New York enters Week 12 allowing 27.3 points per game and has allowed 31.2 points per game over the last five weeks. Bates could have plenty of chances to put points on the board for the Lions against the Giants and profiles as a must-start fantasy kicker in Week 12.
Andy Borregales, New England Patriots
New England Patriots kicker Andy Borregales saw his eight-week streak of perfection come to an end last weekend, but he remains a high-scoring option for Week 12 against the Cincinnati Bengals. After a quieter start to the year, Borregales has emerged as a reliable weekly fantasy option. He's now 31-for-33 on extra points and 15-for-17 on field goals, including two from 50+ yards out.
The 23-year-old rookie should continue to be started in most fantasy leagues, as he ranks #6 among kickers in this week's RotoBaller fantasy rankings. He stands to benefit from a decent matchup against the Bengals, who have allowed the 14th-most fantasy points to kickers in 2025 and surrendered 10 kicking points to Chris Boswell just last week.
Chris Boswell, Pittsburgh Steelers
Pittsburgh Steelers kicker Chris Boswell made both of his field goal attempts and all four of his extra-point tries in a 34-12 victory over the Cincinnati Bengals in Week 11. He'll look to stay perfect in a Week 12 road matchup with the Chicago Bears. Chicago surrenders the seventh-most points per game to opponents, and while this contest isn't necessarily expected to be a shootout, it still carries a healthy projected point total.
If quarterback Aaron Rodgers (wrist) is unable to play on Sunday, Boswell could play an even more pivotal role in keeping the Steelers on the scoreboard. As one of the most consistent kickers in the league, Boswell has earned the trust of fantasy managers and should remain locked into starting lineups this week.
