Houston Texans quarterback Davis Mills will start in Week 10 against the Jaguars in place of C.J. Stroud (concussion). The veteran backup has been with the Texans since 2021, but this will be his first start since 2022. He completed 17 of 30 pass attempts for 137 passing yards last week against the Broncos, and he should have all his receivers available with Nico Collins, Christian Kirk, and Dalton Schultz all without injury designations coming into the weekend. Mills will likely be asked to manage the game while the team relies on the strength of its defense to carry it against the Jags. Mills is the QB26 in RotoBaller's rankings for Week 10, though, so he's not a good fantasy option in his spot start.--Zach Thompson
