Baltimore Ravens quarterback Lamar Jackson (hamstring) is officially active and is "fully healthy" with "no limitations" for Thursday night's game against the hosting Miami Dolphins in Week 9, according to Cameron Wolfe of NFL Network. Jackson led the NFL with 10 passing touchdowns, 11 total TDs, and a 130.5 passer rating before injuring his hamstring in the Week 4 loss to the Kansas City Chiefs. Now that he's back after a three-game absence, the Ravens are hoping that he can start saving their season, starting on Thursday Night Football. With no limitations and a soft matchup against Miami's defense, the two-time MVP is a must-start in fantasy lineups in his first game back. According to Wolfe, the vibes around this Ravens team this week have been "Lamarvelous" with their star QB back in the fold.--Keith Hernandez
