The Las Vegas Raiders met with star defensive end Maxx Crosby on Tuesday to let him know they are not shopping him and won't trade him, sources tell NFL Network's Tom Pelissero. Other teams are interested in the All-Pro pass-rusher -- it was reported on Tuesday morning that the Dallas Cowboys are eyeing him -- but the Raiders aren't interested in moving him, and Crosby wants to stay in Las Vegas despite the team's disappointing 2-5 start. The 28-year-old defensive end left the Week 7 loss to the Kansas City Chiefs early with a knee injury and didn't return in the 31-0 blowout, but his injury is reportedly not serious, which means he should have a good chance to return after this week's bye for a Week 9 meeting with the Jacksonville Jaguars. Although Crosby has only four sacks through seven games this year, he'll be a must-start in IDP fantasy formats if he's active coming out of the Raiders' bye.--Keith Hernandez
