No. 10 - Justin Herbert, LAC

After a near-perfect start, Justin Herbert and the Chargers have lost back-to-back games. During this two-game slump, Herbert has seen his production decline significantly, averaging only 184.5 passing yards per game and holding a 2:3 TD:INT ratio. However, during the first three games, Herbert threw six touchdowns and averaged 286.5 passing yards per game.

No. 9 - Jayden Daniels, WSH

Welcome back, Jayden Daniels. After a brief two-game absence, Daniels returned in Week 5 and led the Commanders to a crucial road victory against the Chargers. In this game, Daniels went 15-for-26 with 231 yards and a score. While running back Jacory Croskey-Merritt punched in two scores, Daniels was able to march the offense downfield all afternoon.

No. 8 - Drake Maye, NE

The 23-year-old did not dominate the stat sheet in Week 5 but led the Patriots to an impressive upset victory over the Buffalo Bills. In this game, Maye threw for 273 yards but did not find the back of the end zone. Through five games, Maye appears to be on the fast track to a breakout season, averaging 252.2 yards per game with nine total scores (seven through the air).

No. 7- Jordan Love, GB

Jordan Love was off in Week 5 but still holds a spot on this list. Even though the Packers have yet to find themselves in the win column since Week 2, Love has been one of the most productive QBs in the sport. In their Week 4 tie to the Dallas Cowboys, Love led Green Bay in the game, throwing for 337 yards and three scores. Love will look to get back in the win column in a match against the Bengals on Sunday.

No. 6 - Patrick Mahomes, KC

Patrick Mahomes took a disappointing loss to the Jaguars in Week 5 but has continued to light up the box score, which keeps him on this list. In their loss to the Jaguars, Mahomes threw for 318 yards and added 60 on the ground. Through five games, Mahomes has tallied 11 total TDs (eight passing) and averaged a solid 251.4 yards per game.

No. 5 - Jared Goff, DET

After a quiet showing in Week 1, Jared Goff has continued to find his footing and is leading one of the top offensive nitsi in football. In each of his past four games, Goff has racked up four-straight wins and averaged 240.5 yards per game with 11 total passing scores. During this stretch, Goff has only thrown one interception.

No. 4 - Jalen Hurts, PHI

Jalen Hurts and the Eagles saw their undefeated streak come to an end at the hands of the Denver Broncos on Sunday afternoon. Despite taking the loss, Hurts enjoyed a strong showing, throwing for 280 yards (season-high) and adding two passing scores. Despite only tallying a low 177.8 passing yards per game, Hurts has punched 11 scores and has yet to throw an interception.

No. 3 - Matthew Stafford, LAR

Sitting at the bottom of the top-3 is Los Angeles Rams QB Matthew Stafford. Stafford took a loss in Week 5 to the 49ers but continued his dominant season to date, throwing for 389 yards and adding three scores. Through five games, Stafford has averaged an incredible 300.6 passing yards per game and has held an 11:2 TD:INT.

No. 2 - Baker Mayfield, TB

After taking a tough loss to the Eagles in Week 4, Baker Mayfield bounced back in a big way, leading the Buccaneers to a thrilling victory over the Seattle Seahawks in Week 5. In this contest, Mayfield totaled 379 passing yards and two touchdowns. Even without playing with Mike Evans and Chris Godwin for most of this season, Mayfield has totaled 10 passing scores and averaged 256.6 yards per game.

Mayfield has brought the Buccaneers to the top of the NFC South, and they currently sit two games ahead of second place.

No. 1 - Josh Allen, BUF

Despite taking his first loss of the season, Josh Allen will still hold the top spot on this list. In their loss to the New England Patriots, Allen was still very productive, throwing 251 passing yards and 53 yards on the ground. Allen has found the back of the end zone 12 times (nine passing scores) and averaged 243.2 passing yards and 42.4 rushing yards per game.
