Taysom Hill Officially Active for Season Debut
Taysom Hill (knee) is officially active for his 2025 season debut in Week 5 on Sunday against the visiting New York Giants, according to Matthew Paras of The New Orleans Times-Picayune. Hill was activated from the Physically Unable to Perform list on Saturday and will play for the first time this year after suffering a torn ACL in Week 13 of 2024. He will be the backup QB behind starter Spencer Rattler while also serving in his normal gadget role in head coach Kellen Moore's offense. The 35-year-old do-it-all offensive piece will give the Saints offense a boost as they search for their first win of the season, but it's difficult to project how involved he'll be in his first game of the year. Hill is worth a bench stash as a tight end in deeper leagues, but he'll most likely be a boom/bust fantasy asset all year.
