Bucky Irving Injury Update
The Buccaneers are still gathering information on Irving (foot), who is reportedly sore but has not yet been ruled out for Week 5 against the Seahawks. The star running back briefly exited Sunday's contest before returning and finishing the game. If he can't suit up this week, Rachaad White and Sean Tucker would earn more opportunities out of the backfield.
#Buccaneers RB Bucky Irving is still gathering medical opinions on what’s being termed an ankle and/or foot injury, sources tell me and @RapSheet. No one has ruled Irving out vs. the #Seahawks but he’s sore and his status is up in the air as the Bucs return to practice tomorrow. pic.twitter.com/3kTSbcqYfT

Joe Mixon Injury Update
Texans head coach DeMeco Ryans refused to provide an update on Mixon (foot, ankle) and merely indicated that the running back won't return for Week 5. According to sources who spoke with KPRC's Aaron Wilson, Mixon will be sidelined for "much longer" or perhaps the entire season. Woody Marks and Nick Chubb will continue to lead this Houston backfield.
#Texans coach DeMeco Ryans specifically indicated that Joe Mixon is not ready to return at this time. Per sources, it will be much longer, if at all, for Mixon to get back on the field this season @KPRC2

Jaylen Warren Injury Update
Warren (knee) didn't suit up last Sunday against the Vikings. We don't have much clarity on his expected status when the Steelers return from their Week 5 bye. However, given that Warren had a solid chance to play in Week 4, he should be even more likely to suit up in Week 6. He remains a low-end RB2 for fantasy purposes.

Tyjae Spears Injury Update
The Titans are expected to designate Spears (ankle) to return this week. Once that happens, he will have 21 days to practice without being added to the 53-man roster. Before that window ends, he must either be activated to the 53-man roster or shut down for the rest of the season. Assuming Spears returns within the next few weeks, he'll rank as a low-end WR3/flex in leagues with at least 12 teams.
Updates:
-- #Texans coach DeMeco Ryans told reporters that DE Denico Autry and rookie S Jaylen Reed will have their 21-day window opened.
-- #Titans are expected to open the practice window for RB Tajae Spears this week, source said.— Ian Rapoport (@RapSheet) September 29, 2025
Miles Sanders Injury Update
Sanders (ankle) is trending toward playing in Week 5 against the Jets. He currently ranks as a low-end RB3/flex in deeper leagues as he continues to have some standalone value, albeit in a clear No. 2 role behind Javonte Williams. If Sanders isn't able to play, Jaydon Blue would be active for his NFL debut.
Miles Sanders (ankle) is trending toward being able to play vs. Jets, per Schotty. #Cowboys
"very close" is Jaydon Blue to making his debut, says Dallas' HC.
i asked how Sanders' issue will color the discussion for potentially activating Phil Mafah, and Schotty said it'll…

Braelon Allen Injury Update
Allen (knee) suffered an MCL sprain against the Dolphins on Monday night. He is expected to be placed on injured reserve, leaving Isaiah Davis as the direct backup to Breece Hall.
#Jets RB Braelon Allen, who was ruled out last night with a knee injury, suffered an MCL sprain that will likely land him on Injured Reserve, sources say. Allen is expected to receive addition opinions. pic.twitter.com/uKul3ExJAL

Tyler Goodson Injury Update
Goodson (groin) exited Sunday's game against the Rams and did not return. Regardless of his status going forward, he's off the fantasy radar as Jonathan Taylor leads the backfield and D.J. Giddens backs him up.
Injury update for #INDvsLAR: RB Tyler Goodson has been ruled out (groin).

Sione Vaki Injury Update
Vaki (groin) injured himself on punt coverage in Week 3 and wasn't able to play against the Browns last Sunday. His status for future weeks remains uncertain. Even if active, he'd be off the fantasy radar as a mere depth option behind Jahmyr Gibbs and David Montgomery.
No update on #Lions RB Sione Vaki (groin). "I don't know how bad it is really," HC Dan Campbell said.

Kene Nwangwu Injury Update
Nwangwu (hamstring) didn't play in Week 4 against the Dolphins. He remains a non-factor on offense, primarily contributing as a punt returner on special teams. He can be avoided in all fantasy leagues.
No surprise here: KR Kene Nwangwu (hamstring) is ruled out for tomorrow night, per #Jets.

Nathan Carter Injury Update
Carter (hamstring) did not play in Week 4. He can be disregarded in all fantasy formats as long as either Bijan Robinson or Tyler Allgeier is healthy.
Atlanta Falcons injury report:
Full: TE Kyle Pitts Sr. (toe), S DeMarcco Hellams (hamstring), WR Casey Washington (concussion)
Limited: WR Jamal Agnew (groin), EDGE James Pearce Jr. (groin)
DNP: WR KhaDarel Hodge (groin), CB A.J. Terrell (hamstring), RB Nathan Carter (hamstring)— Jeanna Kelley 🏝️🥥 (@jeannathomas) September 25, 2025
