New Orleans Saints wide receiver Devaughn Vele (hip) is officially active for Sunday's Week 4 contest against the Buffalo Bills. He had been listed as questionable after logging three limited practices this week. The 27-year-old has merely occupied a depth role when healthy, catching two passes for 16 yards through two games, though he did add a touchdown. He and Trey Palmer will continue to compete for the No. 4 role behind established receivers Chris Olave, Rashid Shaheed, and Brandin Cooks. Vele can be left on waivers in all fantasy leagues.--Andersen Pickard
