Tampa Bay Lightning defenseman Victor Hedman (undisclosed) didn't finish Friday's 6-5 preseason win against the Carolina Hurricanes. The Lightning captain left the action after the first period. Hedman notched one assist before exiting. Hedman's departure on Friday might worry some fantasy managers, but fortunately, Lightning head coach Jon Cooper stated that the Swedish blue-liner was removed from the game for precautionary reasons.
