Zach Charbonnet - Start 'Em, Sit 'Em Week 4 Fantasy Football Picks (2025)

Zach Charbonnet - Fantasy Football Rankings, Draft Sleepers, NFL DFS Picks

Zach Charbonnet start 'em, sit 'em Week 4 fantasy football picks for 2025. Should you start or sit Zach Charbonnet for fantasy football lineups?

BALLER MOVE: Start in 12+ Team Leagues

POSITIONAL VALUE: RB3/FLEX

ANALYSIS: Seattle Seahawks running back Zach Charbonnet looked very impressive during their Week 1 contest against the San Francisco 49ers. Despite splitting the backfield with Kenneth Walker III, Charbonnet dominated on the score sheet, totaling 10.7 PPR points to Walker's 5.4. However, in Week 2, remaining in a committee, Walker enjoyed the better showing as Charbonnet was held to only 10 yards on 15 attempts.

In Week 3, Charbonnet was held out of action due to a foot injury, which paved the way for Walker to dominate the backfield. While he did punch in two scores at the goal-line, he was very inefficient in his workload, totaling just 38 yards on 16 attempts.

With Charbonnet returning to practice this week as a full participant, he should be expected to reclaim his regular role in the backfield. While he did struggle in Week 2, he flashed solid upside in the season opener and should be in a good position to take double-digit carries on Thursday evening.

While his upside will remain capped with Walker splitting the attempts, given Walker's inefficiency in Week 3, the Seahawks may lean on Charbonnet more often this contest.

Facing the Cardinals, who have allowed the 11th-most PPR points to opposing RBs, makes Charbonnet a viable RB3/FLEX option. However, he carries a lower ceiling given that he will likely split the attempts 50/50 with Walker.
