Max Clark Launches Home Run on Thursday
Max Clark went 2-for-4 with a home run and a stolen base during their contest against Double-A Chesapeake on Thursday evening. This game snapped a lengthy 19-game home run drought for the top outfield prospect in the Detroit system. During this 19-game power skid, Clark was still productive in the batter's box as he held a .286/.391/.416 line with three doubles, four home runs, and four stolen bases. Overall, since joining Double-A Erie, the former third overall pick has posted a .281/.381/.479 line with an .860 OPS. He began the season with High-A and held a similar .285/.430/.427 line with seven home runs and 12 stolen bases. He should be in a good position to spend most of the 2026 season at the Triple-A level.
