Los Angeles Chargers wide receiver Ladd McConkey (shoulder) is currently considered questionable for Monday's Week 12 matchup against the Baltimore Ravens. The rookie wideout is headed in the right direction after getting in a limited practice session on Friday. He continues nursing a shoulder injury he suffered during last week's win over the Cincinnati Bengals. If active, McConkey should be considered a WR2 after a strong 123-yard performance last week.
