San Francisco 49ers wide receiver Deebo Samuel Sr. (illness) is dealing with an illness but will be active for Sunday's game against the Kansas City Chiefs, according to NFL Network's Ian Rapoport. There's no evidence that Samuel will have a reduced workload in Week 7, but fantasy managers should still be prepared for the possibility that the receiver's illness slows him down or forces him to miss some snaps. In the event that Samuel needs a breather, the 49ers are in a good place with Brandon Aiyuk, George Kittle, and Ricky Pearsall all available to handle increased opportunities in the passing game.--Andersen Pickard
