Seattle Seahawks offensive tackle George Fant (knee) was placed on injured reserve Saturday ahead of the team's Week 3 home matchup against the Miami Dolphins. In a corresponding move, the Seahawks signed tackle McClendon Curtis off their practice squad and to the active roster. Fant suffered a knee injury in Seattle's victory over the Denver Broncos back in Week 1. Last Sunday, he did not suit up for the matchup against the New England Patriots and was a limited participant in all three Seahawks practices this week. Now, he'll miss the next four games, with the team's Week 7 matchup against the Atlanta Falcons as his earliest possible return date.
