Xavier Worthy fantasy football start 'em, sit 'em picks for Week 3 (2024). Should you start or sit Xavier Worthy for fantasy football lineups?

ANALYSIS: Kansas City Chiefs wide receiver Xavier Worthy rates as a high-end WR3 heading into his team's Week 3 matchup against the Atlanta Falcons.
Worthy is a high-risk, high-reward player at this point. In Week 1, he turned his three touches into two touchdowns, but then in Week 2 against the Bengals he turned the same number of touches into no scores and just 22 yards.

Until we see a higher snap rate and target share for Worthy, it will be hard to justify playing him in 10-team leagues and his PPR value is lower than it is in standard scoring leagues, but if you need a player who could kick it into high gear and go off for a long touchdown in a 12-teamer, Worthy's as good a bet as any.
Just make some to temper expectations. He's not yet a consistent part of the team's offense.
