Zay Flowers fantasy football start 'em, sit 'em picks for Week 1 (2024). Should you start or sit Zay Flowers for fantasy football lineups?
BALLER MOVE: Start in All Formats
POSITIONAL VALUE: WR2
ANALYSIS: After a solid rookie season, Baltimore Ravens wide receiver Zay Flowers is looking to build off that in 2024. Flowers finished as the WR30 in half-PPR formats behind a 77-catch, 858-yard, and five-touchdown season. More importantly, the young wideout started to get going in the second half of the year.
Flowers averaged 17.3 PPR fantasy points from Week 12 to Week 17 and also caught five passes for 115 yards and one touchdown in the Ravens' playoff loss to the Kansas City Chiefs. With Baltimore set to face the Chiefs on opening night, the young wideout should be started in all formats in Week 1.

Flowers became a go-to target for quarterback Lamar Jackson down the stretch, and that connection should only grow into this season. While tight end Mark Andrews is healthy again, the Ravens wideout will still get his fair share of targets in the passing game.
Given what he did against this Chiefs secondary in the playoffs, managers can start him as their WR2 in Week 1.
