Blake Snell Reinstated From Paternity List, Starting Monday

San Francisco Giants starter Blake Snell (personal) was reinstated from the paternity list on Sunday afternoon. The 31-year-old is reportedly still awaiting the birth of his baby but will return to the team to start Monday's game against the Philadelphia Phillies. It is possible that he goes back on the paternity list after the game. Snell has endured a rocky start to his first season with the Giants as he's posted an 0-3 record to go along with a bloated 11.40 ERA, 2.07 WHIP and 17:9 K:BB through four starts. It is tough to trust last year's Cy Young winner right now, especially against a powerful Phillies offense.
