ANALYSIS: The Cincinnati Reds activated outfielder TJ Friedl, off of the IL on May 7 to resume his everyday duties in the outfield. He has started off by collecting four hits across his first three games played and has collected an RBI and stolen base.
Friedl makes for a solid addition in all formats based on his 2023 season. In 2023, Friedl posted a .279/.352/.467 slash line with 18 home runs, 66 RBI, and 27 stolen bases. He was a solid power and speed combination player, to say the least. Friedl can help teams in several categories including AVG, SB, HR, and R. He is especially potent against left-handed pitchers as noted by his .980 OPS since 2022. He is a must-add in all formats and league types.
