Winnipeg Jets goaltender Laurent Brossoit is the confirmed starter for Wednesday night's contest against the visiting Detroit Red Wings. The 30-year-old returned to Winnipeg on a one-year deal this offseason and has worked to a 2.57 goals-against average and a .909 save percentage across seven games, going 3-3-1 in the process. Brossoit spent three seasons with the Jets before spending the past two seasons with the Vegas Golden Knights. Through 124 career outings, the veteran owns a 2.76 GAA and .908 Sv% along with a 52-44-12 record.
