Hayden Hurst Remains In Concussion Protocol

Carolina Panthers tight end Hayden Hurst (concussion) is in the NFL's concussion protocol and therefore did not practice on Wednesday. The fact that Hurst sustained the concussion in a Week 10 loss to the Bears would make him a long shot to suit up in Week 11 against the Cowboys. The Panthers played the Bears on a Thursday but even with the extra few days of rest, it's rare for a player to play the week following a concussion. Tommy Tremble would benefit the most if Hurst were to sit out in Week 11 but Ian Thomas (calf) has also been designated to return from IR. Either way, the Panthers have one of the worst offenses in the league, and whichever tight ends up playing on Sunday has little to no fantasy value.
