San Francisco Giants outfielder Michael Conforto (heel) was removed from Tuesday's 2-1 loss against the Pittsburgh Pirates prematurely after experiencing a heel injury. After the game, Susan Slusser of the San Francisco Chronicle confirmed that the 30-year-old is dealing with a bruised heel and is day-to-day. Conforto's enjoying a successful first campaign in California, slashing .250/.347/.464 with 11 homers, 32 runs, 28 RBI, and two steals over 49 games. Fantasy managers should check back in for more updates, but hopefully, he's only out a day or two.--Spencer Seguin
