Erik Jones has not enjoyed the last few Spring races at Richmond. Last year showed some promise when he started fifth. However, several issues plagued his afternoon as he slid outside the top 20 into 23rd. The two races before (2019 and 2021), Jones did rise up the standings but began 30th and 35th. The Legacy Motor Club Chevy faces several questions. Now, the biggest for Jones is he starts 22nd this Sunday on the short track. Can the No. 43 car generate any momentum later in the race?
