New Jersey Devils center Jack Hughes finished with two goals and one assist in Friday's 5-4 loss against the Sabres. The 21-year-old snapped a five-game goalless drought by scoring twice in the third period of the contest to cut the deficit to one goal at the time. Hughes also picked up his 45th assist of the season in the opening period of the game on a goal by Devils defenseman Kevin Bahl. Hughes has totals of 39 goals, 45 assists and 84 points through 68 games to lead all Devils scorers, and the young forward carries early-round value in the closing stages of fantasy leagues during his breakout season.--Denis Vondrus - RotoBaller
