Buffalo Sabes winger Jeff Skinner won't be available for Saturday's meeting with the Penguins and has to sit out three games in total because of a suspension. He's getting punished for cross-checking Pittsburgh's Jake Guentzel in Friday's clash. It's the second suspension of Skinner's career and his first since 2012. In Skinner, the Sabres lose a red-hot player who has exploded for nine points in four December appearances. The 30-year-old has had his fair share of struggles in Buffalo, but he's on track for a career year in 2022-23, having recorded 32 points in 27 games so far. Skinner will be eligible to return to action next Saturday against Arizona.--Taavi Pailk - RotoBaller
