Chicago Bears quarterback Justin Fields (shoulder) has been ruled out for the Week 12 matchup against the New York Jets. This shouldn't come as a surprise considering the Bears have been preparing for this all week long. The Bears aren't going to let Fields play through this shoulder injury and make it worse. Trevor Siemian will make the start under center in Week 12. He'll have Nathan Peterman as the emergency backup on Sunday. Fantasy managers should expect a run-heavy offense from the Bears on Sunday. The absence of Fields is not good news for the fantasy value of Darnell Mooney.
