Miami Marlins first baseman Garrett Cooper (wrist) will remain out of the starting lineup for Monday's game against left-hander Nick Lodolo and the Cincinnati Reds. Cooper was hit by a pitch in his wrist this past Saturday. He underwent X-rays over the weekend and they came back clean. He remains day-to-day for now. The 31-year-old appeared in his first career All-Star game last week. He's hitting .279/.347/.426 on the year to go along with seven home runs, 40 RBI and 28 runs.
