The Minnesota Timberwolves traded up to the 26th overall pick in the 2022 NBA draft, sending the Houston Rockets a draft-pick package that included the 29th overall pick. The 'Wolves used the 26th overall pick to take Duke forward Wendell Moore Jr., a versatile wing who could have a chance to play meaningful minutes for the team as soon as this season. Moore spent three seasons at Duke before declaring for the NBA. He stands at 6-foot-5 and he'll turn 21 years old this September.
