The Detroit Lions selected Michigan defensive end Aidan Hutchinson with the No. 2 overall pick of the 2022 NFL draft on Thursday night. Hutchinson was always expected to go within the first couple of picks as one of the best overall players in this year's draft. He will stay close to home. The decorated pass-rusher is a terror on the field and broke Michigan's single-season sack record with 14 last year. His work ethic is off the charts and came into this draft as the most dominant defensive end without a question. Hutchinson embodies toughness and should remain prepared as he heads to the next level. His instincts against the run need to improve, but Detroit should be extremely happy that Hutchinson fell to them at second overall.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBallerRead More News
