The New York Jets signed free-agent defensive end Solomon Thomas to an undisclosed one-year deal on Monday, according to a source. Thomas was a first-round pick (third overall) by the San Francisco 49ers in 2017, and he'll reunite with head coach Robert Saleh in New York. The 26-year-old played his first four seasons in the Bay area before joining the Las Vegas Raiders last year, where he recorded 34 tackles (17 solo), three tackles for loss, 12 QB hits, a career-high 3.5 sacks and two forced fumbles in 17 games (no starts). While Thomas isn't worth watching in IDP leagues, he could play a key role on the Jets defensive line this season under Saleh.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBallerRead More News
