New York Knicks center Nerlens Noel (foot) won't suit up against the Pistons on Sunday. The veteran hasn't played since early February because of a sore left foot, and there's a good chance he won't return for the remainder of the year. Julius Randle (quadriceps) is questionable, so Obi Toppin, Jericho Sims, and Taj Gibson could continue to get extra work.
