St. Louis Cardinals starting pitcher Adam Wainwright got the start in Wednesday's Grapefruit League game against the Houston Astros and pitched three innings. He allowed two runs on three hits while striking out three and not issuing a walk. One of the hits he allowed was a two-run home run. Wainwright proved last season that he could still have significant fantasy value, and there's not reason to believe this year will be any different. He's a reliable, low-variance pitcher who should be rostered in all eligible formats.--David A Marcillo
