DRAFT ANALYSIS: Chris Ballard, the Colts' GM, has a keen eye for Combine standouts, and Thomas lit up the Combine like his own personal highlight reel. With WR Michael Pittman Jr. snug under his new deal and CB Kenny Moore secured as well, the Colts are committed to crafting a winning environment around QB Anthony Richardson.
Snagging Thomas is a no-brainer for a team keen on bolstering their roster with top-tier talent, making sure Richardson has all the tools he needs to succeed and a receiver who can get downfield in a hurry to help showcase what their QB does best. Thomas led college football with 17 touchdowns in his final season in Baton Rouge.
