Miami Dolphins running back De'Von Achane is one of the most productive players in fantasy football. Fantasy managers get a major boost from inserting him into their lineups because of his elite speed and pass-catching skills.
However, Achane is injured heading into Week 2, which could impact his availability, especially on a short week.
Is De'Von Achane healthy or injured? Will Achane play against the Bills in Week 2? What is Achane's outlook for fantasy football? Let's answer all these questions as managers make key lineup decisions.

Will De'Von Achane Play In Week 2?
Wednesday Update: Achane is officially listed as questionable for Thursday's game against the Bills.
Achane (ankle) popped up on the injury report following an impressive Week 1 showing in which he caught seven passes for 76 yards and also rushed for a touchdown. Achane was listed as a non-participant on Monday and Tuesday, but it's worth noting that Monday was merely an estimation, and Tuesday was a walkthrough.
When the Dolphins held a more formal practice on Wednesday, Achane was spotted in a limited capacity. NFL Network's Cameron Wolfe described Achane's participation as "what appeared to be a lighter walkthrough session."

De'Von Achane Week 2 Fantasy Football Outlook
We likely won't know Achane's official status until 90 minutes before Thursday Night Football kicks off. Head coach Mike McDaniel told the media that Achane is a game-time decision.
Achane's teammate, running back Raheem Mostert (chest), has already been ruled out versus the Bills. Therefore, if Achane is active, he'll be backed up by Jeff Wilson Jr. and Jaylen Wright. In such a scenario, Achane would rank as a high-end RB2, which is a factor in his increased role and the potential of him being limited due to injury.
If Achane sits out this week's game, we'd see some combination of Wilson and Wright out of the backfield. Wilson offers a veteran presence and looked solid in Week 1. Meanwhile, Wright was a healthy scratch in the season opener, but the rookie has game-changing speed and could do a better job directly replacing Achane than Wilson.
If Achane does sit out, managers should view both Wilson and Wright as solid RB3/FLEX plays on Thursday Night Football.
