Fantasy Football Matchup Outlooks
Below are some fantasy football outlooks written by our NFL team here at RotoBaller, bringing you their fantasy football analysis and advice on which players to consider starting in Week 11:
Terry McLaurin, WR, Washington Commanders
Washington Commanders wide receiver Terry McLaurin (quad) is working on the side of the team's Thursday practice with athletic trainers after missing Wednesday's practice, according to John Keim of ESPN. Despite McLaurin's appearance at practice, the Commanders have already ruled him out for Week 11's game at Miami.
The former Ohio State standout will have missed seven games heading into a Week 12 bye, part of a nightmarish year for a Washington team coming off a run to last season's NFC Championship Game.
McLaurin has been one of fantasy football's bigger disappointments in 2025, but with a return seemingly likely in Week 13, he could be a welcome addition for managers making a playoff push.
CeeDee Lamb, WR, Dallas Cowboys
Since returning from a high-ankle sprain that caused him to miss three games, Dallas Cowboys wide receiver CeeDee Lamb has finished as the WR8, WR20, and WR24 in half-PPR scoring. Coming off a bye week, the Cowboys face the Las Vegas Raiders on Monday night, and Lamb has the potential to be the overall WR1 for the week.
As wintery weather begins to affect games across the country, Lamb will be playing indoors in Vegas against a Raiders defense that has allowed 30.7 fantasy points per game to wide receivers. While he hasn't scored a touchdown in either of his last two games, he's seen a team-high three redzone targets in that time, and his overall target share hasn't dipped below 27% since his return.
The Cowboys are projected for 27 points, and one of the most likely ways they hit that mark is on the back of a vintage CeeDee Lamb performance.
Josh Jacobs, RB, Green Bay Packers
Green Bay Packers running back Josh Jacobs has been as automatic a fantasy start as it gets this season, and that remains the case as the Packers travel to MetLife Stadium to face the New York Giants in Week 11. Jacobs has scored in every game this season but one and has been a top-10 fantasy running back in five of the last six weeks.
While Jacobs hasn't posted a 100-yard game this season and averages just 68 rushing yards per game, fantasy managers are still beaming at just how inevitable Jacobs has been when it comes to scoring and his involvement in the Packers' offense. With the offensive game plan flowing through Jacobs and the run game each week, he's been the one constant this season for the Packers' offense.
Against the New York Giants, who are last in the NFL in defensive EPA per rush attempt, Jacobs is a no-brainer lock for fantasy lineups in Week 11.
De'Von Achane, RB, Miami Dolphins
Miami Dolphins running back De'Von Achane continues to be an elite performer regardless of matchup or his team's offensive struggles. Last week, he tore up the Bills for 174 rushing yards on 22 carries and added six catches for 51 more yards. He had a pair of rushing touchdowns, giving him nine scores in his 10 games this season.
He's averaged 78.0 rushing yards and 32.5 receiving yards per game, and his heavy involvement as a receiver out of the backfield and home run potential on every touch make him a must-start option in all formats.
The Commanders are a top-10 matchup for running backs, and in his smash spot in Spain on Sunday morning, Achane is the No. 2 RB in RotoBaller's Week 11 rankings.
Jaxon Smith-Njigba, WR, Seattle Seahawks
Seattle Seahawks wide receiver Jaxon Smith-Njigba should be fine against a mid-tier Rams passing defense on Sunday. The Rams are No. 17 against opposing wide receivers in fantasy. While the Rams' defense has been solid against the run, they have allowed opposing wide receivers to get loose.
Some of that is due to garbage time with the Rams often dominating games, but the Seahawks boast a quality offense that should have success in Week 11. JSN has an incredible floor. He has scored less than 18.3 PPR fantasy points just once this season. He only needed 42% of the snaps in a blowout against the Arizona Cardinals in Week 10 to eclipse 20 fantasy points.
The way the Seahawks use Smith-Njigba allows him to get loose often. He is the perfect blend of slot and outside wide receiver. This game will be a pivotal matchup between these two teams. It could end up being relatively low-scoring. However, JSN's volume alone will propel him to another WR1 outing. Start him with confidence.
