Bound To Go Bonkers in Week 14

4 Fantasy Football Sleepers For Fanduel

week-14-fanduel-sleepers-fantasy-football(RB) - Ben Tate $7,400 - This guy is all up in our "Going Bonkers" piece for Week 14 and he's headlining it despite being on the injury report with two separate ailments going into a short week.  So that's the bad, but here is the good: A) He's the main man on a run-first offense; B) He put up a clunker against them a couple weeks back, so we are fairly confident that the free agency bound tailback will be looking for some good old fashioned retribution; C) The Jaguars are at the bottom of the league in run defense giving up an average of 4.2 yards per carry to opposing backs and are second only to Washington having allowed 16 rushing touchdowns! Looks like it's a green light for Ben Tate in Week 14 against the putrid Jacksonville Jaguars, so get him in your lineups.

(RB) - Bobby Rainey $5,800 - Locked in at this bottom-of-the-barrel price point is none other than third-string running back turned starter by default, Bobby Rainey.  Fresh off of a respectable 8.1 point showing against a very tough Carolina defense has us optimistic about the the chances he can do some damage against the Buffalo  Bills sporadic defense.  Let's keep it 100% real here and mention that he is by no means a lock to be a #1 running back for Week 14, but he is certainly a deep budget-busting sleeper that has a favorable matchup.  The bottom line is this: if you want to splurge on a stud quarterback or a filthy wide receiver, you will probably need to penny pinch somewhere else.  We propose you look no further than the little man from Tampa to fill those shoes.

(WR) - Roddy White $6,300 - This may be a lost season for both the Falcons and Roddy White in seasonal formats, but we are pretty sure you can find some Fanduel sleeper value in our veteran wide out from Atlanta.  Seemingly finally getting healthy, the man himself put up a fat 19.3 fantasy points last week against an allegedly good Bills secondary, so there is a good probability that he can repeat his magic in Week 14 against the Packers.  Giving up an almost league worst 12.8 yards per reception, the Packers have also been gouged for 22 receiving touchdowns (in the lower tier of pass defenses thus far in the 2013 season).  Trust us, if this happens again in Week 14, this man's price tag will be "bonkers" going forward, so get in on the penny stock before it bubbles and ride this former must start stud to Fanduel riches.

(WR) - Cecil Shorts $5,700 - This is way too cheap of a price tag for the #1 wide receiver on any NFL team.  Heading into his Week 14 matchup agains the Houston Texans, Cecil Shorts is poised to put up some nice yards even against Jonathan Joseph and company.  After a 15.4 game in Week 13, following an 11.1 point game in Week 12, it seems that Cecil has gotten his groove back, and Chad "The Chucker" Henne seems to like going his way (probably a smart move considering there is literally nobody else to throw the rock to).  We like this target monster a lot, especially at this bubble gum price point. Get him in as your #3 wide receiver and watch him rack up enough points to tell everyone who questioned you "I told you so".

Spiller (who freakishly lived up to his prophesied performance), to see for yourself how this all works and get a taste for the expert advice we are dishing out to help you win big!

BONUS PICK – RB (Value) – C.J. Spiller, $5,700 - Although this has been a rather disappointing seasonal format fantasy year for the former 1st round draft pick, that does not mean that daily league players have not benefitted from some great pricing and strong matchup plays from the super speedy man in Buffalo. Claiming that he “feels good” heading into Week 13 makes us feel like he is ready for action, as the Bills get the rather easy task of facing the Falcons worst overall ranked defense in the league. They are especially putrid at stopping the run as they have given up a stupendous 4.6 yards per carry and a crazy 130 yards per game to opposing running backs. With those kinds of numbers, there is more than enough upside to go around for both Spiller and Jackson, but this is the kind of game that we think Spiller can break a big run (or two) and rack up some serious fantasy points. Considering he is priced cheaper than dirt, there is not too much risk in using him as a salary cap buster for Week 13, but there is potential for a big payoff.
