Week 13 Kicker Streamers and Starts - 2022 Fantasy Tiers, Rankings

Evan McPherson - Fantasy Football Rankings, Kicker Streamers, Waiver Wire Pickups

Jackson Sparks breaks down all 2022 fantasy football Week 13 kickers - streamers, starts, sits, targets, avoids, and waiver wire pickups. His Week 13 rankings and tiers for all of the NFL kickers.

There are just two teams on a bye in Week 13, so fantasy managers with high-end stud kickers can rest easy this week. That said, even kickers have dealt with injury issues this season, so it's always a good idea to know the pecking order of the position that doesn't get much love. Our Week 13 kicker rankings aim to help fantasy managers sort through all the variables and make the right choice at this tough position to predict.

Chris Boswell (groin) has been placed on injured reserve, but we'll have to monitor the status of Dustin Hopkins (hamstring) and Randy Bullock (right calf), even though neither would be must-starts in Week 13. Cameron Dicker has kicked well stepping in for Hopkins, so the Chargers likely won't be in a hurry to rush him back.

Again, continue to trust big-name kickers like Justin Tucker, Daniel Carlson, and Tyler Bass. For fantasy managers playing the weekly streamer game, we've got you covered.

Kicker Streamers to Target for Week 13

Only players who are rostered in fewer than 50% of fantasy football leagues are considered streamers.

Evan McPherson, Cincinnati Bengals (vs. Kansas City Chiefs)

McPherson hasn't been a must-start fantasy stud this year after an awesome rookie season, but he's now a top-15 kicker on the season and is set to kick in the game with one of the highest points totals on the slate at 51.5. He's rostered in just 45 percent of leagues, so if he's available, he's the best streaming option in Week 13.

Riley Patterson, Jacksonville Jaguars (at Detroit Lions)

Patterson got out to a hot start early in the season, but has cooled off and finds himself outside to top-20 kickers in total fantasy points. However, the Jaguars' offense flashed upside in the win over the Baltimore Ravens in Week 12, and draw another poor defense in Week 12 (Detroit). Patterson is set to kick indoors in a game that is projected at 52 points. It all sets up for a solid fantasy performance.

Cameron Dicker OR Dustin Hopkins, Los Angeles Chargers (at Arizona Cardinals)

The Chargers continue to excel on offense, and Dicker has yet to miss a field goal in his young NFL career. This Raiders-Chargers game is another one featuring two porous defenses, so expect another AFC West shootout, perfect for fantasy kickers.

Kicker Busts to Avoid for Week 13

Wil Lutz, New Orleans Saints (at Tampa Bay Buccaneers)

This Buccaneers-Saints matchup won't be confused with the Tom Brady versus Drew Brees battles from a few years ago. Both offenses are sputtering, so there's a low chance for a shootout on Monday Night Football. The game total is set at a troubling 40 points, so feel free to roll with options on Thursday or Sunday as opposed to waiting around for Lutz at the end of the week.

Brandon McManus, Denver Broncos (at Baltimore Ravens)

McManus used to be an elite fantasy kicker with a booming leg attached to a solid offense, but the Broncos offense led by Russell Wilson is arguably the worst unit in the entire NFL. This game total is set at a laughable 38.5, so McManus is far from the fantasy radar. On the other side, Justin Tucker has earned the benefit of the doubt as we've seen him deliver in plenty of ugly games.
