Top Week 13 Defense Streamers (D/ST)

Only defenses rostered in fewer than 65% of fantasy football leagues are considered potential streamers.

Jacksonville Jaguars at TEN
50% Rostered

The popular team of the week will be the Jacksonville Jaguars. The Jaguars will travel to Tennessee to face the slumping Titans. While they scored 24 points last weekend, the Titans had not eclipsed 20 points in all but one of their previous games this season. Quarterback Cam Ward has averaged just 221.1 passing yards per game over his last six games and held a modest 5:3 TD:INT.

Since Week 9, the Jaguars have averaged a strong 8.3 FPTS/G and have logged 13 sacks, the fourth-most in the league. Start with confidence.

Miami Dolphins vs. NO
15% Rostered

The Miami Dolphins are coming out of their bye week and have a prime matchup against the New Orleans Saints. After throwing for 282 yards back in Week 10, rookie Tyler Shough took a massive step back last Sunday, going just 30-for-43 with 243 yards, no scores, and an interception.

Over their last two games, the Dolphins' defense has been quietly performing at an elite level, tallying 11.0 FPTS/G.

Atlanta Falcons at NYJ
50% Rostered

The Falcons have been tough to trust for streaming at times this year, but are pacing for one of their best outings of the campaign. In their victory over the Saints, the Falcons held New Orleans to just 10 points, tallied five sacks, and added one interception.

This weekend, they face the Tyrod Taylor-led Jets. Taylor has averaged just 209.5 passing yards and held a 3:2 TD:INT through two starts this season. Expect the New York offense to continue to struggle this weekend, setting up Atlanta for another top-10 outing.

Indianapolis Colts vs. HOU
35% Rostered

The final streamer to consider is the Indianapolis Colts. The Colts contained the potent Kansas City offense last weekend, holding them to just 23 points in their overtime loss. In this game, the Colts forced one interception and tallied four sacks.

However, they have a sneaky matchup this weekend, as they will likely face backup QB Davis Mills, with C.J. Stroud (concussion) still on the shelf. Mills has been able to lead Houston to three straight victories, but is only averaging 214.5 passing yards per game. Given their ability to generate pressure, the Colts have viable upside in 12+ team leagues.

Week 13 Defense Decisions. Today's focus is on specific team defenses - Jacksonville Jaguars, Miami Dolphins, Indianapolis Colts, and Atlanta Falcons. These are some of the most common searches for fantasy football lineups in Week 13.

Using The Tool. This is a simple tool, but very powerful. The first step is to enter the player names that you want to compare. In the first box, search for the first player's name. In the second box, search for the second player's name. Compare up to four NFL players at once, and then click the Who To Start? button to see who the recommended starts are based on weekly fantasy football matchups.

Improvements For Who Should I Start? You may have noticed that our Who Should I Start? tool has gotten an overhaul. We've added lots of great features for you to give you as much information as possible to win your fantasy football matchups each week. You'll see NFL player tiles with headshots and bye weeks, stats, projections, strength of schedule, player news, and enhanced search results with data to compare with a slick new interface. We hope you enjoy!

How It Works. Each week, our RotoBaller staff puts together their weekly fantasy football rankings and projections based on their research. That information is the core data that is powering the decision-making in this tool. When you search for player names, you will only see those players who are ranked. If someone is out for the week, they will not appear in the search results.

Scoring Formats. Fantasy football managers play in various types of leagues, and this tool allows you to choose whether it's PPR scoring, Half-PPR scoring, or Standard (Non-PPR) scoring. The second thing you want to do is to select the scoring format. There are three small radio buttons (small circles), so click on the scoring format you prefer. The results may vary based on the scoring format you select.
