UFL DFS Lineup Picks: DraftKings Daily Fantasy Advice for Week 6

UFL DFS PICKS, FANTASY FOOTBALL, DRAFTKINGS, FANDUEL

The top daily fantasy UFL lineup picks for DraftKings for Week 6 (2025). Kyle Ringstad provides UFL DFS analysis and sleeper picks for building optimal DFS rosters.

Welcome to Week 6 of the UFL season, RotoBallers! We have some parity in the league this season, with four teams currently 3-2, two teams at 1-4, and the D.C. Defenders leading the way at 4-1. The Defenders are 2.5-point underdogs on the road in Michigan this week, while Birmingham is a massive 9.5-point favorite at home against San Antonio.

Houston is favored to beat the 1-4 Memphis Showboats, and the Arlington-St. Louis showdown will kick off our slate on Friday at 8 pm ET. This is shaping up to be a solid slate, with plenty of enticing QB options and a few underpriced RBs and WRs to build around.

Below are my thoughts on DraftKings' Week 6 DFS slate of UFL contests, which goes live on 5/2 at 8 ET. I encourage you to read all our other weekly UFL fantasy football articles and stay on top of injury news and roster moves to remain well-informed and ahead of the competition. Let's get to it. Good luck, RotoBallers!

DraftKings Quarterbacks - Week 6 UFL DFS Picks

Max Duggan - St. Louis Battlehawks vs. Arlington Renegades - $9.9K

Duggan is expensive, but I'm more than willing to pay up for him after an explosive 30 DK point performance against Michigan in Week 5. The former TCU star only threw for 124 yards and a touchdown, but it was his 10 rushes for 70 rushing yards and two scores that vaulted him to the top score on the slate. He has the type of rushing upside we're looking for in DFS, and his 10 rushing attempts per game since becoming the starter (two games) make it likely that he'll continue to crush defenses on the ground.

Additionally, the Arlington pass defense can be exploited. They've allowed the third-most passing yards, the third-most passing touchdowns, and the highest yards per reception in the UFL this season. The matchup has the highest implied total on the slate at 42.5 points, so I'm rolling with Duggan and the Battlehawks in Week 6.

DraftKings Running Backs - Week 6 UFL DFS Picks

Toa Taua - Michigan Panthers vs. D.C. Defenders - $5.8K

This pick lines up perfectly. Toa Taua has taken over as the clear lead back for the Panthers over the last two weeks, rushing 10 times for 53 yards and a score in Week 4 (12.3 DK points) and 15 times for 74 yards and two scores in Week 5 (23.2 DK points). He gets the Defenders in Week 6, a team that ranks middle-of-the-pack in rush defense with five rushing touchdowns allowed, 95.2 rushing yards per game allowed, and a high 4.2 yards per carry through five games. The matchup has a high 41.5-point implied total with the Panthers favored by 2.5 points, so this sets up to be another valuable Taua game.

C.J. Marable - Birmingham Stallions vs. San Antonio Brahmas - $7.5k

This isn't always about picking players who are coming off a good game or a few spike weeks. Marable is averaging a paltry 6.5 DK PPG while never exceeding 9.1 DK points through four appearances. However, he's still the lead back in Birmingham, and he gets the dream matchup of all dream matchups in Week 6. The Brahmas have the worst defense in the league, and it's not particularly close. They struggle defending the run, specifically, as they rank last in rushing yards (685), rushing TDs (13), yards per carry (4.7), and per game average (137). No, that's not a typo - they have allowed 13 rushing touchdowns in five games.

DraftKings Wide Receivers and Tight Ends - Week 6 UFL DFS Picks

Hakeem Butler - St. Louis Battlehawks vs. Arlington Renegades - $7.3K

Hakeem Butler is back, and he's not nearly expensive enough. He caught just 2-of-4 targets in Week 5, but they went for 124 yards and two touchdowns en route to a monster 29.4 DK point game against Michigan. We've covered that Arlington's pass defense is vulnerable and that Duggan is a prime play on this slate, so let's pair him with his top receiver and move on with our lineups.

Deontay Burnett - Arlington Renegades vs. St. Louis Battlehawks - $6.9K

Burnett is an excellent choice as a run-back option to pair with the St. Louis QB-WR stack in Week 6. He has been the most reliable weapon in the Arlington passing attack so far this season, catching 13-of-18 targets for 163 yards and two touchdowns through five games. He can be hit-or-miss from week to week, but this should be a good week for him. St. Louis has a middling pass defense, and this game holds the highest implied total on the slate at 42.5 points.
