Welcome to another week of sifting through top hitter streamers, RotoBallers! We are looking ahead at the top hitter streamers and starts for fantasy baseball Week 25 – Monday, September 11 through Sunday, September 17. For those new to this series, each week, our fantasy baseball waiver wire pickups column will identify hitters with good matchups and can be considered waiver wire streamers ahead of the Sunday night waiver wire runs for leagues with weekly transactions.

When you find yourself with a hole in your roster due to injury or otherwise, you need to find a week's worth of solid production from a new addition to your roster. That's where streaming comes in. Today, we will review potential hitters to stream in Week 24. Let's see which ones make the list.

We look into some hitters playing in most games and have favorable matchups to help you stay at the top as the season progresses. As always, check out the rest of our fantasy baseball streamer content after you read this piece!

We have five games at Coors Field next week: San Francisco is in Colorado for two games, and the Cubs for three. Pittsburgh is home for five out of seven games next week, putting hitter-friendly PNC Park in play. There are five games at Camden Yards next week, and while it won't be as hot as it has been the last couple of weeks, the temperatures will still be in the high 70s and 80s; perfect hitting weather!

Week 25 Fantasy Baseball Hitter Streamers

Charlie Blackmon, OF - Colorado Rockies (36% Rostered)

The Rockies play seven games next week: five at Coors Field and six versus right-handed pitchers. Lefty Blackmon is slashing .284/.376/.439 for the season with a 109 wRC+; .286/.368/.470 versus righties.

The Rockies just aren't good this year, but with five games at home next week and with Blackmon slashing .367/.462/.612 with runners in scoring position, there's still an opportunity to get some fantasy points with the DH facing six righties next week. Colorado is in a great place to score runs this week at home. Roster the lefty with confidence.

Ji Hwan Bae, 2B, OF - Pittsburgh Pirates (10% Rostered)

The Pirates play seven games next week, five at home and four versus right-handed pitchers. Bae is slashing .263/.263/.421 in his last five games, and in two games versus Atlanta, he is .375/.375/.500.

Versus right-handed pitchers, he is slashing .226/.302/.332, but both home runs on the year have come against righties. He'll have plenty of opportunity next week to add more homers versus four of seven right-handed pitchers. Roster Bae and the Pirates with confidence.

J.D. Davis, 1B, 3B - San Francisco Giants (23% Rostered)

Davis has been crushing his slash line for the Giants' last five games, going .368/.429/.842. He has a .304 batting average in September since shaking off a hand injury.

The Giants play the Rockies four times next week, twice at Coors Field, where Davis is batting .286/.323/.643 with two home runs and six RBI. San Francisco faces six right-handed pitchers next week, and Davis' splits are just about even, with a slash line of .250/.331/.405 with 11 home runs and 45 RBI versus righties. The Giants have one of the top matchups next week. Roster Davis with confidence.

Mike Tauchman, OF - Chicago Cubs (11% Rostered)

Tauchman has been a bit cold lately, but the Cubs play three games at Coors Field next week, a perfect way for the left-handed hitter to get back on track. Post All-Star break, he is slashing .261/.361/.401, and with runners in scoring position, he is batting .338/.435/.515

Despite his current cold streak, he still has a 104 wRC+ for the season, a testament to how strong of a bat he is. Look for him to get hot in Colorado next week, and let the Summer of Tauchman continue!

Ryan O'Hearn, 1B, OF - Baltimore Orioles (10% Rostered)

Baltimore plays seven games next week, five versus right-handed pitchers. Lefty O'Hearn continues to impress, batting .421/.421/.684 in his last five games. Versus righties, he is .311/.341/.496 with 10 home runs and 49 RBI.

The O's have won their last seven in a row, during which time O'hearn had a .360 batting average with nine hits, a homer, seven RBI, and six runs scored. Continue to confidently roster O'Hearn (and any Orioles!) next week.
