DraftKings and FanDuel Centers - NHL DFS Picks
Matt Duchene DK $5.8K || FD $7.1K
Opponent - Edmonton Oilers
Duchene may not fall into the "value" category for tonight’s slate, but I’m not particularly fond of the lower-cost center options available. Instead, I believe he could be a sneaky play. The Oilers won their first game without Connor McDavid and Leon Draisaitl, but that was against a struggling Kraken team. Duchene has recorded three shots in five of his last six games, along with two goals and three assists. Tonight, he will be facing off against players like Adam Henrique, Mattias Janmark, or Derek Ryan, and I expect him to continue his hot streak without any issues.

Erik Haula- (DK $4.3K || FD $4.3K) (Center on FD)
Opponent - Chicago Blackhawks
The Devils are likely to make the playoffs, but without Jack Hughes and Dougie Hamilton, they may struggle to win a series. However, injuries can create opportunities, and Haula has taken full advantage of this situation. He has been moved to the top line and has scored goals in three consecutive games, totaling six shots during that stretch.
Tonight, he faces a Hawks team that has been struggling since November, having allowed four goals in five of their last six games. If you're stacking the Devils' top line tonight, that's a solid strategy, but even if you're not, Haula is a great value option.

Opponent - Boston Bruins
This kid will be an excellent defenseman for a long time in this league. When he’s on the ice at home, the Ducks show a positive trend in stats like shot attempts per 60 minutes (SF/60), expected goals per 60 minutes (XG/60), and high-danger chances per 60 minutes (HDC/60), which is quite impressive for this team.
Furthermore, he is part of the top power play and penalty-killing units, making him an ideal defenseman for daily fantasy sports (DFS). He shoots and blocks shots, and although his price has recently started to increase, he still offers great value, especially on DraftKings.
Tonight, he makes for an excellent one-off pick against a Bruins team that is likely facing the beginning of a lengthy rebuild! (As a Leafs fan, I enjoyed typing this!)
