Today's NHL DFS Lineup Picks for DraftKings, FanDuel (12/1/22): Daily Fantasy Hockey

Happy Thursday, RotoBallers! The holiday season is upon us. Today is December 1st, and we have a busy schedule with 11 games to be played. The NHL season and NHL DFS are in full swing! Today, I will bring my NHL lineup picks, analysis, and advice for NHL DFS contests on DraftKings and FanDuel. The games Thursday, December 1st, 2022, start at 7:00 PM EST. NHL DFS Analysis and Picks for 12/1/22

We have a busy Thursday with 11 games after just four games Wednesday. Several matchups will be intriguing to follow throughout the night. I will do my best to navigate you through a heavy Thursday slate which starts at 7:00 PM EST.

Alexandar Georgiev- DK $7.9K | FD $9.0K

Opponent - Buffalo Sabres

Colorado Avalanche netminder Alexandar Georgiev lost his last outing on 11/29 5-0 to Winnipeg. Despite the lopsided loss, he won his three previous starts giving up just three goals. Georgiev has compiled a record of 10-3-1 with an excellent 2.48 goals-against-average, and a .926 save percentage. Colorado has a favorable matchup tonight against the Sabres, as they're 5-7-1 at home this season.

NHL DFS Centers

Centers

Nathan MacKinnon -DK $9.2K | FD $10.3K

Opponent - Buffalo Sabres

Colorado was stomped by Winnipeg 5-0 on Tuesday. Regardless, the Stanley Cup champion Nathan MacKinnon has four points in five games. MacKinnon has netted six goals and added 22 assists in 20 contests as a centerman. He is a must-DFS pick anytime Colorado is in action.

Connor McDavid -DK $9.4K| FD $10.4K 

Opponent - Minnesota Wild

The Oilers are coming off three consecutive wins. McDavid posted a goal and an assist with three shots on goal against Chicago on Wednesday. With Draisaitl now playing on the wing, the duo could be unstoppable. Unfortunately, Edmonton is on the back half of back-to-back games. Regardless, the centerman should be able to grab a point or two against Minnesota.

NHL DFS Wings

Jason Roberston- DK $7.9K | FD $10.3K

Opponent -  Anaheim Ducks

In 23 games this season, Jason Robertson has recorded 36 points. He leads Dallas with 19 goals and 17 assists while racking up an impressive 97 shots on net. Robertson has a 16-game point streak. He should continue to be productive all season long in Dallas, and the Stars are also playing at home against the struggling Anaheim Ducks.

Leon Draisaitl -DK $7.6K| FD $10.2K 

Opponent - Minnesota Wild

Edmonton has won three games in a row knocking off Chicago 5-4 on Wednesday. Draisailt scored two goals and added an assist. He logged an amazing six shots on goal in the process. He's now playing on a line with phenom Connor McDavid. If these two forwards have chemistry again on Thursday, it will be a challenging game for Minnesota. However, players on both teams could generate plenty of points for DFS tonight in St. Paul.

NHL DFS Defensemen

Roman Josi- DK $8.7 | FD $8.2K

Opponent - New Jersey Devils

Nashville defenseman Roman Josi is slowly starting to turn his season around. He's recorded seven points in the last five Predators contests. He's coming off a one-point game where he registered six shots on goal and had five blocked shots. Despite a tough matchup against New Jersey, Josi should at least pick up a point and contribute defensively by blocking shots.

Cale Makar- DK $8.0K | FD $7.8K

Opponent - Buffalo Sabres

It's rare Colorado defenseman Cale Makar doesn't pick up at least a point. In his last two games, he has been held pointless. However, he has had three goals in the previous five contests. He has six goals and 18 assists in 20 games. The 24-year-old sits third on the Avalanche in blocked shots with 33. Makar should be able to get back on the scoresheet against Buffalo.
